Teachers on Fire: Inquiry, Translanguaging, Agency, Growth Mindset, and More!

Recently, I had the pleasure of chatting with Tim Cavey on the Teachers on Fire podcast.  It was a ton of fun, and we dug into several significant topics in the world of education.We talked about the exciting growth in inquiry-based education and the power of marrying reading and writing workshops with inquiry learning—including the IB programmes.  We also discussed the positive impact of translanguaging and the beauty and value that is present in all languages.  Of course, growth mindset and learner agency played a part in our chat, too.  We also discussed a range of other topics—from who to follow on Twitter and what to watch on Netflix to the luxuries of Japanese toilets.  Yep, we covered it all!I hope you'll check it out below!
